Very small but comfortable room for one. Ti y shower makes turning round inside difficult. No bar soap. Breakfast was often not kept tidy or stocked. Coffee maker apparently broken, coffee not good - watery. Charged 6 Euro for a can of Perrier water ( no indication of cost provided ahead of time). Receptionist playing loud soap Opera program during breakfast. Little contact from staff. Housekeeping effective and professional. Location is superb for Metro and walking to key sites.

Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.
